Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or submit a contact request, how that information is used, and who it may be shared with. The short version: your data is used only to respond to your inquiry and improve the site. It is never sold.

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• •Name, email address, phone number (optional), company, and title
• •Your stated interest, challenge, urgency, and any additional context you provide
• •Preferred contact method

Automatically, when you visit the site:

• •Page views and navigation paths via Google Analytics (anonymized, no cross-site tracking)
• •UTM parameters and referring URL, used to understand which channels drive inquiries
• •The landing page you first visited in a session, stored locally in your browser for up to 7 days

• •To respond to consultation requests and evaluate whether an engagement may be a fit
• •To understand site performance and improve content and navigation
• •To measure which marketing channels generate qualified inquiries (conversion attribution)

• •We do not sell personal data to any third party, ever.
• •We do not use your contact information for advertising retargeting.
• •We do not share your information with anyone other than the processors listed below.
• •We do not use session recording, heatmaps, or behavioral fingerprinting tools.

Submitted form data passes through the following services, each acting only on our instruction:

• •Google Analytics 4, anonymized page-view and event data. Governed by Google's privacy policy. IP anonymization enabled.
• •Make.com (formerly Integromat), receives form submissions via webhook and routes them to a private inbox. Data is not retained by Make beyond delivery.
• •Apple iCloud Mail (Gmail for notifications), used to receive and reply to inquiry notifications. Email content governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from all systems. If no engagement results from an inquiry, data is deleted sooner.

To request deletion of your data at any time, email haywoodwells@icloud.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Requests are honored within 5 business days.

This site uses Google Analytics cookies for aggregate measurement. UTM parameters and your landing page are stored in your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage, not on our servers, and expire within 7 days. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
